Can you collect from a private seller?
Yes. Share the collection location and motorcycle details, then confirm the seller’s handover arrangements with Bike Taxi.
Does an enquiry reserve a collection?
An enquiry requests a quotation. A booking is confirmed only when Bike Taxi accepts the job and payment and arrangements are confirmed.
Before booking
Bike Taxi does not provide insurance cover for your motorcycle. Before booking, please confirm with your insurer that your own policy covers loading, unloading, transport and any agreed overnight storage. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
An enquiry does not confirm a booking until Bike Taxi accepts the job and payment and arrangements are confirmed. Read the transport terms.
